One word: Exceptional. We contracted the Barrie office to re-shingle our roof, re-side our house and install soffit, fascia and eavestrough and then added gutter guard at the last minute. Jeremy was our main contact and was there everyday alongside his incredible crew. The detail in their work (trim around meters/outlets etc.) not to mention cladding all the windows completely transformed the house. One installer had a different suggestion for the sill plate to our back sliders that get a lot of traffic, then proceeded to spend the afternoon making it perfect. Respectful, pleasant and tidy. They weren't just throwing it on to get the job over with and we were hard pressed to find any stray materials left laying around. Customer Service is everything and that's what we got - prompt replies to e-mails (even on the weekends and evenings - Thanks Tiffany), quotes within minutes of requesting them and constant interaction with Jeremy and the crew with regards to progress, ideas or suggestions on what they thought should be done.
