Many organizations, including T Simpson Roofing, have plans in place to enforce social distancing, while still maintaining business continuity. What this means for both our customers and for us is that we are continuing to provide roofing services and operate as close to normal as possible.
The good news is that we have many policies in place for our crews and operations staff that follow health and safety measures, including social distancing, which means we can continue providing services just as before.
We’ve put protocols in place that make all of our roofing services completely hands-off for you, from the very start to the very end. When you reach out to us for a complimentary quote, we will now be using our satellite technology to measure your roof, and produce an estimate without ever having to go to your property. We can provide you your quote through email, fax, or even FaceTime if you’d prefer.
As all roofing services are completed outdoors, we will never require access to the inside of your home, and we will not come into contact with your home’s high-frequency touch points. We are happy to provide photo updates of your repair upon completion. All invoicing and payment will be done electronically as well, through an agreed upon method.
Beyond this, our crews are all taking the appropriate extended measures to ensure their health and safety, as well as yours. Frequent hand washing, avoiding contact among each other, and sanitization of all tools used are just some of the additional ways in which we are keeping us all safe.
